HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders valued at AED 150 or more, using our Standard Shipping method which takes between 24-48 working hours, within the borders of UAE (United Arab Emirates).
For orders less than AED 150, the standard shipping charge is AED 21.

Standard shipping arrives within 24-48 working hours of delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases however if you are not content with your order, we accept returns and exchanges per the terms below.
We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of product that you wish to return the product. All items must be unused, in original unopened condition, and with labels still attached.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Once the returns have reached us, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Every effort is make to ensure that you receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of dispatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement.
